Service Supervisor – KONE (Marietta, GA)
We are looking for an experienced Service Supervisor to lead local service operations for the Northwest Atlanta Metro area. The successful candidate will drive business operations, promote safety and quality, and achieve customer satisfaction and profitability.
Responsibilities- Implement and monitor safety guidelines for the maintenance team.
- Provide learning and development opportunities for team members.
- Effectively manage schedules and overall team performance.
- Collaborate with all levels of the organization to pursue business goals.
- Utilize new technologies to enhance service operations.
• 2+ years of relevant maintenance experience with supervisory responsibilities, ideally leading a union‑represented workforce.
• Associative degree in a related field or additional years of experience.
• Proven ability to drive safety and quality goals and deliver profitable results.

The hiring range for this role is $105,100 – $137,970. The compensation package offered will depend on candidate’s ability to meet the requirements of the role, needs for the business strategy, and a range of factors unique to each candidate, including their skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications and location.
KONE Annual Bonus plan at 15% Target Incentive based on achievement of company goals and individual goals.
