Job Overview

The Service Supervisor will manage local service operations for the Northwest Atlanta Metro area, based in Marietta, GA.

Responsibilities
  • Drive the service business operations for your territory.
  • Collaborate with customers and peers to achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Promote a positive culture while meeting safety and quality goals.
  • Manage schedules and oversee overall team performance.
  • Collaborate across all levels of the organization to achieve business goals.
  • Leverage new technologies and continuous learning to improve service delivery.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of relevant maintenance expertise.
  • Supervisory experience, ideally with a union‑represented workforce.
  • Associate’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
  • Ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
  • Appetite for learning and applying new technologies.

Compensation

The hiring range for this role is $–$. Compensation will depend on the candidate’s ability to meet the requirements of the role, business needs and location, and will include a 15% Target Incentive bonus based on achievement of company and individual goals.
