Harbor Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a multifamily property in Marietta, GA. You will lead a maintenance team, diagnose and repair issues across plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and appliances, and ensure safety and resident satisfaction.
Responsibilities include supervising make-ready, coordinating with vendors, performing preventative maintenance, and managing inventory within budget. EPA Universal or HVAC certification preferred; strong customer service and communication skills
