Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin & Upper Michigan (LSS) is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support the Marinette Trolley property and HUD housing sites across Northeast Wisconsin. This part-time role covers 30 hours per week across multiple locations and requires travel between sites.
Responsibilities include completing maintenance requests, performing plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general repairs, and conducting preventive maintenance and inspections.
