Production Maintenance Technician

Pay: $19.00 – $23.00/hour

Pepsi Mid America is looking for a skilled Production Maintenance Technician to keep our production running smoothly in our fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Schedule:

Days: M-F - 7AM - 3:30PM

• Inspect and troubleshoot machinery
• Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment
• Respond quickly to breakdowns to reduce downtime
• Collaborate with production teams to prioritize repairs
• Keep accurate records of repairs and parts used
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Industrial maintenance experience preferred
• Strong mechanical & electrical troubleshooting skills
• Problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail
• Able to work independently and on a team

• Pay: $19.00–$23.00/hour (based on experience)
