Salary Range: $18.00 - $18.00 Hourly
Position SummaryThe Maintenance Technician is responsible for providing routine maintenance and minor repairs across 32 Marion Eye Centers locations. This position ensures all facilities remain safe, functional, and well-maintained to support daily operations.
Essential Functions- Perform general facility maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance
- Troubleshoot basic electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical issues
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests
- Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment
- Travel between locations using company-provided transportation
- Previous maintenance or facilities experience preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver’s license required
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, and climb as needed
- Full-time
- Occasional after-hours or emergency maintenance may be required
