Summary of Position:
Serve the campus community in the capacity determined by the Director. Responsibilities could include:
General Maintenance;
General Housekeeping;
General Grounds Care; or Assist where needed within Facilities Services.

Duties and Responsibilities

* Serve the campus community in the capacity determined by the Director. Responsibilities could include:

* General Maintenance

* General Housekeeping

* General Grounds Care

* Assist where needed within Facilities Services

* Adhere to any safety regulations and standards spelled out in the IWU safety policy

* Comply with any processes and procedures established by Facilities management and or Indiana Wesleyan University administration. May be required to work overtime as directed by supervision

Qualifications:

According to Indiana Wesleyan University employment policy all employees must possess a strong Christian commitment and adhere to the standards outlined in the IWU Community Lifestyle Statement.

Education

* High School diploma

Experience

* Attention to detail

* Ability to work independently and as a team member on detailed day-to-day tasks

Required Skills

* Ability to lift 50 lbs.

* Excellent organizational, problem solving and communication skills.

* Excellent decision-making skills.

* Valid driver's license preferred but not required
