The Meadows of Marion is looking for a PT night shift housekeeper to assist with the daily operations of the facility.

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Staff member to maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout the facility. The ideal candidate takes pride in providing a clean, organized, and comfortable environment while following company standards and safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize resident rooms, offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish floors, furniture, and fixtures.
• Make beds, change linens, and replenish towels and toiletries as needed.
• Empty trash bins and dispose of waste according to company procedures.
• Restock cleaning supplies and report inventory shortages.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, or safety hazards to supervisors.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times.
• Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently.
• Respond promptly to housekeeping requests from guests or management.
• Maintain a professional appearance and provide courteous customer service.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is an advantage but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good physical stamina, including the ability to stand, walk, bend, lift up to 25–50 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.

Physical Requirements:

• Stand and walk for extended periods.
