The unique feature of the system is that it automatically sets up balls for golfers to hit, eliminating the need to set up a new ball before each stroke – and it continues to do so instantaneously after every practice shot!

Job Description

iRange Toronto is currently seeking a Line Cook for its Brampton/Toronto facility. The individual must be skilled at multitasking, able to work quickly and efficiently, and committed to providing high-quality food and service to customers.

iRange Toronto is a first-class driving range and is the largest fully automated driving range in Canada, capable of accommodating up to 160 golfers  central feature of the system is its ability to automatically set up balls for golfers to hit, so they do not need to set up a new ball before their next shot – and it does so instantaneously after every practice shot!

This position is seasonal, from approximately May 2025 to Nov 2025.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook food according to recipes, menus, and customer orders.
  • Ensure food is cooked to the correct temperature and presented appealingly.
  • Maintain cleanliness and follow all health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely completion of orders and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with servers to ensure efficient food delivery.
  • Demonstrate a strong customer service attitude.
  • Follow all operational policies and procedures.
  • Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Be available to work weekends, holidays, and late nights.
  • Stand for long periods and work in a hot kitchen environment.
Requirements
  • Minimum 18 years of age (liquor license environment).
  • Line cooking experience is an asset.
  • Flexible to work evenings and weekends.
  • Able to stand/walk for extended periods.
  • Capable of working outdoors and lifting up to 40 lbs.
Key Competencies
  • Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Flexible and capable of managing multiple products simultaneously.
