About the Role:

Join our dynamic team at Crunch Fitness in Marlboro, NJ, as a Crunch Housekeeper! In this vital role, you will ensure our gym remains clean, safe, and inviting for all members, helping to create a positive workout environment.

Responsibilities:

Clean and sanitize gym equipment, locker rooms, and common areas regularly.

Ensure all restrooms are stocked and maintained to the highest standards.

Monitor cleanliness of fitness floors and report any maintenance issues.

Assist in maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.

Follow health and safety guidelines to promote a safe environment.

Provide excellent customer service and respond to member inquiries.

Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.

Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Physical ability to lift, bend, and perform cleaning tasks.

Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Positive attitude and a passion for fitness and wellness.
