Facilities Operator C- Marlborough, MA

Raytheon (RTX) is seeking a Custodial/Cleaning Associate to support a clean, sanitized, dust free, contamination free environment. The role involves performing a variety of cleaning operations throughout the facility.

• Work to verbal and written instructions of supervision to perform cleaning operations.
• Sweep, dry and wet mop floors; strip floors to remove dirt, old wax, grease, oil.
• Wax, treat, buff and polish floors.
• Clean and polish desks and other office furniture.
• Wash walls, glass partitions, windows, blinds, lights and light reflectors reachable from the ground.
• Maintain sanitary condition of wash rooms and restroom areas.
• Appropriately dispose of general waste and recycling; move recycling/compost containers to collecting area.
• Sweep and clean outside areas adjacent to doors such as sidewalks and steps.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Perform general maintenance and daily housekeeping of the workplace, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain records, move materials, and follow safety rules in performing duties.
• Perform other similar duties as required or directed.
• Use central and portable vacuum systems, clean‑room grade applicators, mops, brooms, buckets, brushes, roll mops, polishes, soaps, cleaning powders, solvents, isopropyl alcohol, rubber gloves, lint‑free wipers, filter masks, wall washing machines, sweepers, vacuum cleaners, distilled water, buffing machines, power sweepers, and other related tools.

• Minimum of 1 year related experience.
• U.S. citizenship required; ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Confidential security clearance.

The role complies with a collective bargaining agreement; wage and shift times are subject to the agreement.
