The City of Marlborough is seeking a part-time Maintenance Groundskeeper/Custodian to perform a range of semi-skilled maintenance and custodial tasks across residential properties. Responsibilities include general upkeep, snow preparation, and timely turnover of vacant units, with daily log updates and work orders maintained on tablets and PC.
Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED and multiple years of maintenance/custodial experience.
