Greystar is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure the physical aspects of our properties meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. You will address resident requests, perform preventative maintenance, complete the make‑ready process for vacant units, and document work orders clearly for tracking.
Candidates must hold EPA Type 1/II or Universal refrigerant certifications, a valid driver’s license, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
