Location: PAWS Academy at Hildreth School (0.25 FTE) & Goodnow Brothers Elementary School (0.75 FTE)

Monday‑Friday 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Summer and School Break:
Monday‑Friday 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM
Occasional weekend hours in the summer
Work Year: 2026‑2027 (12‑month, year‑round position)
Effective Date of Employment: July 13, 2026
Salary: FY27 Starting Salary: $50,158.00, plus night differential, and an increase after 6 consecutive months of service.
Job Responsibilities:
- Preserve property values, protect health and safety of occupants, support educational objectives, provide a climate of learning, develop goodwill, maintain cleanliness and neatness.
- Grounds upkeep, snow removal.
- Perform all other general duties as directed by Principal, Superintendent, Custodial Supervisor, or policies of the Marlborough School Committee.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred (not required).
- Physical and mental capabilities to perform above work.
- Ability to understand spoken and written English.
- Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Superintendent of Schools may find appropriate and acceptable.
