Danaher - - Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility MEP systems, including electrical distribution, HVAC, plumbing, boilers, compressors, pumps, and utility systems, within a laboratory facility environment;
Perform routine inspections and identify maintenance or repair needs;
Documenting all work activities in the CMMS;
Respond to equipment alarms, breakdowns, and facility emergencies to restore safe operation
