General Laborer

Marathon Staffing seeks reliable General Laborers to support light industrial and facility operations for our clients. In this role, you will perform a variety of physical tasks including cleaning work areas, moving materials, assisting with setup and teardown, and supporting basic maintenance tasks. You'll follow established safety procedures, use PPE, and work under direction of onsite supervisors. This position is ideal for dependable workers who enjoy hands-on work, staying active on the job, and contributing to smooth daily operations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning and housekeeping of facilities and work areas
• Load, unload, and move materials, equipment, and supplies as directed
• Assist with basic maintenance, setup, and teardown of work spaces or equipment
• Follow safety procedures, use required PPE, and report hazards or incidents
• Support supervisors and team leads with miscellaneous labor tasks
• Sort, dispose, and handle waste and recyclables per guidelines
• Operate simple hand tools and equipment after training
• Maintain productivity, quality, and attendance standards
