Automotive Repair Technician B

Location: 1041 Route 73, Suite 1, N. Marlton, NJ 08053

• Competitive Pay: $25.81 – $36.25/hour flat rate. Pay is adjusted based on experience, geographic location, and other factors as permitted by law.
• Billable Hours Guarantee: 20-hour minimum per week.
• Productivity Bonus:
  Opportunity to earn a $250 – $550 bonus every two weeks, based on performance.
• Schedule:
  
  Full-time, 5 days/week. Sundays off each week, plus one day off per business needs. Mondays, Fridays & Saturdays often required.
• Training & Certification Support: AAA pays for ASE certifications and recertifications.

• Diagnose and repair vehicles in suspension & steering, brakes (including ABS/traction control), electrical, heating/air conditioning, and other assigned jobs.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of specialized skills and develop additional technical skills to enable flexibility in work assignments.
• Maintain a clean, well‑organized work area.
• Properly maintain tools and equipment and follow safety procedures per manufacturer and corporate safety policies.

• At least 3 years of automotive technician experience with proven ability to perform standard repairs.
• ASE or dealership certifications preferred in at least three categories: suspension & steering, brakes, heating & air conditioning (or ability to obtain within 12 months; AAA will pay).
• Strong communication skills for collaboration.
• Capacity to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Authorized to work in the USA.
• Ability to pass pre‑employment screenings if offered a position.
