Salary Range: $15.92 - $18.00 per hour

• Part‑time employees (30 hours a week or less):
  Wage rate $15.49 to $18.00 per hour.
• Full‑time employees (32 hours a week or more):
  Wage rate $15.49 to $19.00 per hour.
• NJ Sick Leave – accrue 1 hour of earned sick leave for every 30 hours worked, up to a maximum of 40 hours per benefit year.
• Eligible for a period bonus if store achieves desired goals (both part‑time and full‑time).
• Full‑time employees eligible for medical, dental and health insurance.
