Utility

Brightview Senior Living is seeking a Utility associate to help keep our senior living community clean, safe, and welcoming. In this resident-first role, you'll perform daily cleaning, trash removal, and light maintenance in resident apartments and common areas, supporting infection control and safety standards. You'll work closely with a compassionate, team-oriented staff, contributing to smooth operations and an engaging environment for residents.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily cleaning of common areas, resident spaces, and restrooms
• Support light maintenance tasks such as minor repairs and replacements
• Assist with trash removal, recycling, and general facility upkeep
• Monitor and report safety or maintenance issues promptly
• Support room turnover and move-in/move-out preparations
• Follow infection control and sanitation standards
• Coordinate with nursing, dining, and activities teams on resident needs
• Operate cleaning equipment and use chemicals safely
• Maintain supply closets and inventory of cleaning products
• Provide courteous, respectful service to residents and visitors
