Custodial Lead

As a full‑time Custodial Lead, you will oversee daily custodial operations across multiple sites, lead a team of custodians, develop and manage cleaning schedules, conduct inspections, provide training and motivation to team members, and engage with clients to understand their needs and gather feedback.

• Oversee daily custodial operations and ensure all areas meet high standards of cleanliness.
• Lead a team of custodians in executing thorough cleaning procedures.
• Develop and manage effective work schedules and address immediate challenges.
• Conduct inspections to uphold quality standards.
• Provide training, direction, and motivation to team members.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and gather feedback, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Salary: $18.00 – $19.00 per hour.
