Overview
Job status: Full-time (40 hours/week), 12 months per year, start as soon as possible.
Location: Marshall, MN. Build and maintain a functional, presentable building by serving as the Building Maintenance Worker.
Join our team to troubleshoot, fix structures, and apply hands-on maintenance skills to keep the building in excellent condition.

Clean, dust, and polish floors, walls, windows, and other surfaces. - Show off your Style

Manage landscaping and ensure the safety of employees and clients. - Keep your eye on the Prize

Perform routine maintenance and coordinate with Supervisors on larger repairs. - Support your Agency Family
:
Set up, move, and dismantle equipment for programs, meetings, and special events.
- Understanding of maintenance scenarios, construction plans, and building codes.
- Strong communication skills with staff, contractors, and community members.
- Ability to handle basic computer tasks.
- Strong prioritization, time management, and attention to detail.
- Ability to oversee projects to ensure specifications are met and completed.
- High School Diploma or GED
- One to three years of maintenance experience, or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Salary range of $17.45 - $26.55 per hour, plus benefits.
- Full-time position (40 hours/week), 12 months.
