In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Conduct all job duties with Safety as a priority and in compliance with Safety Rules.
- Maintain cleanliness standards in both office and shop floor environments.
- Lift/carry/use vacuums, mops, buffers, etc
- Clean bathrooms, offices, empty trashcans and dumpsters
- Operate ride-on motorized scrubbers and sweepers in a factory environment
- Align with all safety and work instructions.
- Maintain clear communication within department.
- Maintain departmental housekeeping rules, standards, and clean/restock as the need arises.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time; strength in arms and legs.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- 2 – 3 years experience working in a janitorial capacity
