Storekeeper - Iowa Veterans , Part Time

The Iowa Veterans Home is looking for a dedicated and detail‑oriented professional to fill a part‑time Storekeeper 2 position for our Quartermaster and Central Supply departments.

• Receive and unload supplies delivered to the facility.
• Receive requisitions and fill work orders for units/departments.
• Track and issue medical equipment according to preventative maintenance procedures.
• Complete purchase orders as needed.
• Operate electric or hand pallet truck and 4‑wheeled cart.
• LIFT, BEND, TWIST, SQUAT, PUSH, AND PULL heavy loads.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Two years of full‑time clerical, inventory, store, supply, warehousing, or other job‑related experience.
• OR twelve months of full‑time experience as a Storekeeper 1 within the state executive branch.
• Commercial Driver’s License and endorsements may be required within a specified period after hire.
