Promote efficiency and teamwork in the DC Maintenance department and Marshalltown facility; attend meetings as scheduled; exemplify safety, efficiency and productivity; assist maintenance supervisors with training; determine causes of delays to meet production schedules; follow union contract policies; monitor machinery and facilities for maintenance and sanitation; maintain maintenance records to determine root causes after breakdowns; perform other duties as needed.
