Join our dynamic team at Bickford Senior Living as a Housekeeper! The housekeeper supports the overall cleanliness of the Branch and residents’ apartments.

• Full‑time employees are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and voluntary product benefits.
• Part‑time employees (29 or fewer hours per week) are eligible for voluntary life, short‑term disability, long‑term disability, accident, critical illness, identity protection, and cyber monitoring.
• Benefits begin on the first of the month following 30 days of employment.

• Maintain the Branch to a standard of excellence that reflects the quality of care provided to residents.
• Follow the housekeeping schedule and assist with emergency cleaning tasks.
• Prioritize and complete all maintenance tasks in a timely manner.
• Follow all chemical and physical plant safety procedures to ensure resident and staff safety.
• Ensure the housekeeping cart is clean, stocked, and organized.
• Follow Bickford’s “10‑Step Weekly Apartment Cleaning” process when cleaning resident apartments.
• Assist the maintenance coordinator with inventory and ordering of cleaning chemicals.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Willingness to take additional training or education as required by specific states.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required or willingness to obtain them.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Competent in organizational and time‑management skills.

Demonstrates good judgment, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
