• Complete work orders and maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform general home and apartment repairs and maintenance.
• Utilize basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, appliance, carpentry, and general building maintenance
  .
• Diagnose maintenance issues and determine the appropriate repair or solution.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment while completing repairs.
• Communicate professionally with , coworkers, supervisors, and vendors.
• Ensure work orders are completed accurately and within established deadlines.
• Respond to maintenance emergencies as part of a rotating On-Call schedule
  .
• Follow company policies, safety procedures, and maintenance standards.
• Take pride in the quality and appearance of completed work.

• General home repair knowledge and experience required.
• General electrical, plumbing, and carpentry knowledge is a plus.
• HVAC experience is not required but is a major plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills are required.
• Must be dependable, organized, deadline-oriented, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
• Must be comfortable performing physically demanding work, including snow removal.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds and safely perform routine maintenance tasks.
• Must be willing and able to participate in a rotating On-Call schedule
