This position is for a skilled and detail‑oriented Maintenance General Sr. reporting to the Hanover, MD Facilities team within Lockheed Martin’s Rotary & Mission Systems (RMS) business area. The role includes performing a wide range of facility maintenance and repair tasks to ensure buildings and equipment are maintained in a safe, efficient, and professional manner.

Key responsibilities:

• Escort contractors throughout all buildings to complete various tasks and projects.
• Perform facilities maintenance including wall repairs/paint, plumbing repairs, light fixture repairs and bulb replacement, and general carpentry.
• Communicate the status of major repairs to the Facilities Manager.
• Utilize the Lockheed Martin vehicle to deliver material, packages, and equipment.
• Respond to after‑hours facilities related emergencies.
• Work flexible hours as required by the customer, including weekends and holidays when applicable.
• Work overtime as required for extended tasks and projects.
• Perform janitorial and housekeeping tasks as needed.
• Assist with groundskeeping duties, including maintaining exterior areas and performing snow and ice removal from sidewalks and walkways.

• Must hold an active TS‑SCI with polygraph security clearance.
• 1+ year of related experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.
• Basic knowledge of hand/power tools.
• Experience in facilities maintenance.
• Experience with wall repairs/paint, floors, plumbing repairs, light fixture repairs and bulb replacement, general carpentry.

• Experience using proper PPE, operating forklifts, CMMS maintenance systems, LOTO, and preventive maintenance.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with Honeywell Niagara building management system.
• Self‑motivated.

Position requires TS/SCI with Poly. Requires U.S. citizenship.
