Participates in changeovers, machine PM, and repairs;
Spends 95% of time on the floor with the machines;
Before departing, shift PM Lead will enter PM information in the PM Log and ensure documentation;
Experience making and replacing hydraulic hoses and valves; servicing hydraulics and replacing hydraulic pumps;
Maintain GMP and SQF compliance and food safety practices
