Location: Lutherville-Timonium Medical Center, 2391 Greenspring Dr, Timonium, MD 21093, USA

Shift: 11:00pm–7:30am (including occasional weekends and holidays)

Hourly Pay Rate: $17.50 USD per hour

Keep premises of ambulatory facilities in clean and orderly condition by performing the following duties.

• Clean and polish lighting fixtures, marble surfaces, and trim.
• Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas.
• Sweep and/or vacuum floors.
• Dust furniture and equipment.
• Polish metalwork.
• Wash walls, ceilings, and woodwork.
• Wash windows, door panels, and sills.
• Empty wastebaskets.
• Transport trash and waste to disposal area.
• Replenish bathroom supplies.
• Transport small equipment or tools between departments.

• Experience in the janitorial industry is preferred but not required.
• Post‑Offer Medical, Background Screening, and Drug Test required.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or equivalent required.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time. Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 50 lbs.

Close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus, with or without corrective lenses. Possible exposure to chemicals requiring special clothing or safety equipment.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The employee is occasionally exposed to work near moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.
