Join a high-volume apartment community in Lanham, MD where your maintenance skills will directly impact resident satisfaction and property performance. This is a great opportunity for you if you enjoy hands‑on work, problem solving, and being part of a fast‑paced team.
About the RoleAs a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the overall condition of the property, completing service requests, and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for residents.
$20–$25/hour
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (60-minute lunch)
On-Call & Emergency Response Required
What You’ll Do- Completes service requests including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
- Perform unit turns including painting, cleaning, and basic repairs to prepare apartments for new residents
- Conduct preventative maintenance and routine inspections of building systems
- Respond to on‑call and emergency maintenance requests as needed
- Maintaining grounds, common areas, and overall property appearance
- Work with vendors and assist with larger maintenance projects as needed
