The Account Manager oversees all janitorial and facility cleaning operations for a distribution center environment.

* High school diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

* 3-5 years of experience in janitorial management, facility services, or warehouse cleaning operations.

* Experience managing teams in a distribution center, warehouse, or industrial environment preferred.

* Strong leadership and organizational skills.

* Knowledge of cleaning procedures, equipment, and safety regulations.

* Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends if needed.

Operations Management

* Oversee daily cleaning operations within the distribution center, including warehouse floors, offices, restrooms, breakrooms, dock areas, and common spaces.

* Ensure all cleaning services are completed according to contract specifications, company standards, and client expectations.

* Develop and manage cleaning schedules for day, evening, and overnight shifts.

* Conduct regular inspections and quality audits to maintain cleanliness standards.

Client Relationship Management

* Serve as the primary point of contact for the client and facility leadership.

* Conduct routine meetings with client representatives to review performance, address concerns, and identify improvement opportunities.

* Respond promptly to service requests, emergencies, and operational issues.

* Maintain strong customer satisfaction and retention.

Staff Supervision

* Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise janitorial supervisors and cleaning staff.

* Monitor employee performance and provide coaching, corrective action, and recognition when appropriate.

* Ensure proper staffing levels to meet operational demands.

* Promote a positive and safety-focused work environment.

Safety & Compliance

* Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, site safety protocols, and company policies.
