Location: Jennie Run Estates
The College of Southern Maryland is seeking a Building Services Technician I to help keep campus facilities clean and well maintained. You will perform custodial tasks, operate cleaning equipment, and prepare spaces for events, with attention to safety and quality.
This entry‑level role requires basic skills from prior work experience, ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and a willingness to work flexible hours including weather-related shifts. Reports to the Building Services Supervisor.
