Warehouse Technology and Equipment Technician

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse Technology and Equipment Technician to work with a leading apparel distribution facility in the North East. This role ensures the facility remains compliant, efficient, and well-maintained. You will serve as the frontline support for operational technologies, including WMS, robotics, and industrial hardware, acting as a vital bridge between Operations and IT to ensure seamless day-to-day execution.

25 per hour

• 25.00 USD hourly

• More than 1 year of software and server management experience
• Ability to perform printer maintenance and repair machinery and equipment
• Ability to establish preventative maintenance methods and analyze machinery performance
• Experience supporting DTS and B2C orders within SALT
• Ability to create and submit support tickets and resolve technical issues

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
• Ability to stand and walk for up to 12 hours at a time
• Ability to handle various tools and lift 50 pounds
• Strong communication skills to work with staff, contractors, and leadership teams

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and system-level issues to maintain operational uptime
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on warehouse machinery and industrial printers
• Support technology deployments and coordinate with internal partners and vendors
• Optimize order flow within the WMS through application-level troubleshooting and minor backend adjustments
• Maintain facility safety standards and operational compliance
• Coordinate training sessions for staff regarding new equipment or system updates
