Bryans Road Crown is seeking an A-Level Automotive Technician to join our team in Bryans Road, Maryland. We proudly serve drivers throughout Waldorf, La Plata, Indian Head, and Southern Maryland, providing high-quality automotive repair and diagnostic services.

Offering $38-$50 per hour with a flexible compensation structure, a Monday-Friday schedule, and no weekends, Bryans Road Crown provides consistent workflow, modern diagnostic equipment, and ongoing investment in technician development.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex electrical, drivability, and emissions concerns using advanced automotive diagnostics.
• Perform advanced diagnostic testing and troubleshooting on engine, electrical, and vehicle systems.
• Complete major engine repairs, timing chain replacement, and other complex mechanical repairs.
• Perform Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) and document vehicle conditions accurately.
• Clearly communicate repair recommendations and findings to the service team.
• Maintain high-quality workmanship while producing approximately 30-50 billable hours per week.
• Collaborate with fellow technicians to deliver exceptional customer service and quality repairs.

Qualifications

• 5 or more years of professional automotive technician experience.
• Demonstrated experience performing advanced diagnostics and electrical troubleshooting.
• Ability to independently diagnose and complete complex automotive repairs.
• Maryland State Inspector License preferred.
• Digital Vehicle Inspection (DVI) experience preferred.
• ASE Certifications preferred.
• Independent repair shop experience preferred.
• Technicians with strong dealership diagnostic experience are encouraged to apply.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $38-$50 per hour

Flexible Pay Structure: Hourly, Flat Rate, or Hybrid

Estimated Annual Earnings: $80,000-$120,000+ based on the approved pay structure, productivity, and experience.
