Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot Building Mechanical Problems.
• Perform Miscellaneous Repairs, Scheduled, And Preventative Maintenance On Equipment Ensuring Satisfactory Operations.
• Working Knowledge Of Electrical Systems, Various Heating, Ventilating, And Air Conditioning Systems.
• Follow Established Safety Rules, Policies, And Procedures Of The Maintenance Department.
• Other Duties As Assigned By The Maintenance Director And Administrator.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma Or Equivalent.
• Ability To Work Independently Or Part Of A Group.
• Computer Knowledge.
• Previous Long Term Care Experience Is Preferred But Not Required.
