Maintenance Technician - Southfield

Grey Star -  - Responsibilities:
Complete assigned work orders and preventative maintenance on the property by diagnosing the source or cause of defects and making repairs per policies, safety standards, and codes;
Complete make-ready process to prepare vacant apartments for leasing and move-ins, including pre-move-out inspection, punch list, scheduling vendors, obtaining supplies, completing tasks, and inspecting work;
Follow procedures to access materials, supplies, equipment, and tools from the property maintenance department; track inventory, return unused items, and inform supervisor about re-orders;
Complete documentation and paperwork to ensure service requests are properly documented and tracked;
Assist in maintaining grounds, common areas, and amenities by picking up trash, pressure-washing breezeways and pool areas, general cleaning, and painting curbs and signage
