J. Gibson McIlvain is more than just materials and with our comprehensive architectural millwork facility, we offer custom millwork services from interior trim and cabinetry to exterior siding, pergolas, and furniture.?

• General facility housekeeping.
• Refill and restock bathroom facilities.
• Empty office trash 3 days per week and sweep/vacuum stairs and hallways.
• Change filters in the office building monthly; change light bulbs as needed.
• Empty breakroom, garage, boiler room trash.
• Maintain lawn, landscaping and general lumber yard maintenance.
• Mowing, weed-eating and spraying weed killer.
• Keep weeds and trash cleaned out of drains.
• Pick up sticks, trash, and bands across the yard.
• Clean up sawdust around the sawdust trailer and collectors.
• Clean out gutters and downspouts (using high-lift).
• Run sweeper around the yard, office, and mill.
• Use skid steerer to grade yard when needed.
• Clean the doors at the mill.
• Paint buildings as needed.
• Assist with snow removal in the winter.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by Manager.

• Landscape Maintenance Experience - 1 year required
• Reliable transportation to White Marsh, MD.
• Schedule:
  
  Monday-Friday,?7:00am to 3:30pm?
• Ability to work outdoors, year-round regardless of weather elements
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening (including marijuana)
