Location: Belcamp
WPM Real Estate Management is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Tech for Perkins Place in Belcamp, MD. You will respond to maintenance work orders, perform preventative maintenance, and prepare units for move-in, working both with a team and independently.
The role requires excellent customer service, 3–5 years of residential maintenance experience, and a valid driver's license. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, with after-hours on-call rotation.
