• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of buildings, equipment, and systems to ensure optimal functioning and prevent breakdowns
• Conduct inspections and assess maintenance needs, reporting any issues or concerns to supervisors
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other systems, as well as perform minor renovations and modifications
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including logs, reports, and invoices
• Collaborate with facility staff to identify and address any maintenance-related issues or concerns
• Perform tasks as needed in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple projects and deadlines
• Maintain a high level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity in all interactions with residents, staff, and visitors

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience preferred
• Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver equipment and materials up to 50 pounds
• Familiarity with basic tools and equipment
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
