Public Works Associate

Location: Williamsport

Our client, a municipal government organization, is seeking a Public Works Associate to join their team. As a Public Works Associate, you will be part of the Public Works Department supporting community infrastructure and maintenance efforts. The ideal candidate will demonstrate dependability, motivation, and a strong work ethic, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Shift: Day*
* ** What's the Job?*
* + Perform mowing, trimming, mulching, planting, weed removal, and general landscaping duties

+ Maintain parks, grounds, and municipal facilities

+ Perform custodial duties including cleaning and upkeep of Town buildings

+ Operate hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely

+ Assist with road repairs, pothole patching, street painting, and roadway improvements

** What's Needed?*
* + Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record

+ Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift up to 75 pounds

+ Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

+ Ability to safely operate tools, equipment, and machinery

+ Strong work ethic and reliability

+ Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
