What You’ll Be Responsible For
  • Maintain accurate parts inventory in the system
  • Order and receive parts on time to support repair flow
  • Inspect all incoming parts for accuracy and damage
  • Quickly return incorrect parts and secure replacements
  • Track costs and maintain parts cost projections
  • Communicate with vendors on status and delivery timelines
  • Support internal teams with parts-related needs
What We’re Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license
  • 1+ year of experience in parts operations
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to read work orders, estimates, and instructions
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
  • Microsoft & Excel experience preferred (not required)
  • Team player with the ability to lead when needed
