Facility Support Technician

Join our team at the Comfort Suites Marysville. We are seeking a reliable and motivated Facility Support Technician to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and well kept environment while supporting the overall upkeep of the property.

• Perform preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the property remains in excellent condition
• Complete maintenance slips (work orders) in a timely manner
• Perform minor repairs, and paint touch ups
• Maintain cleanliness of exterior areas, including parking lots, flower beds, and trash removal
• Assist with ground keeping, including pulling weeds, and general upkeep of the exterior
• Pressure wash sidewalks and areas of the parking lot
• Perform carpet cleaning, and floor cleaning
• Monitor and check pool chemicals to ensure the proper levels
• Assist housekeeping as needed to support daily operations

• Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work independently
• Reliable, detail oriented and takes initiative
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize
• Basic maintenance knowledge is preferred but not required
• Willingness to work both indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
• Must be available to work weekends
• Must be on call for any emergency that may come up
