Employees work 9 out of every 14 days – totaling 80 hours worked – and have every other Friday off.
The Janitorial Service Technician, under general supervision, performs a variety of cleaning operations both inside and outside the facility. Responsibilities include stocking restrooms, disposing of waste, and maintaining flooring.
Essential Functions- Responsible for the quality of own work
- Proper care and use of tools
- Sweep and mop office and production area floors
- Clean, disinfect, and stock restrooms
- Able to perform tasks from work orders and verbal instructions
- Proficient with floorcare machines, including manual and walk‑behind equipment
- Familiar with various cleaning and polishing chemicals
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Familiarity with environmental, health, and safety regulations
- Ability to obtain a US Security clearance
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent with 0 to 3 years of prior related experience.
Preferred Additional Skills- Ability to inventory janitorial supplies
- Ability to order supplies and maintain inventory
