The Clean Room Operator ensures that production remains free from contamination by consistently following strict clean room guidelines. This role focuses on maintaining a highly organized work area, adhering to detailed protocols, and supporting smooth production in a very clean medical environment.

• Follow all established clean room protocols and procedures to prevent contamination during production activities.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and clutter-free work area at all times.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work surfaces according to prescribed standards.
• Handle materials and products carefully to maintain cleanliness and integrity.
• Perform general cleaning tasks within the clean room environment as needed.
• Support warehouse inventory tasks related to clean room operations when assigned.
• Follow task lists accurately and complete any assigned duties promptly and thoroughly.
• Monitor equipment and work areas for cleanliness issues and report any concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Adhere to safety guidelines while bending, lifting, and moving items up to 30 lbs.

• Experience working in a clean room or similarly controlled environment, or strong willingness to learn and follow strict protocols.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and task lists accurately.
• Strong attention to detail when cleaning, organizing, and handling materials.
• Capability to perform cleaning duties consistently and thoroughly.
• Ability to bend and lift up to 30 lbs safely.
• Reliability and commitment to maintaining a contamination-free production area.

• Familiarity with warehouse inventory processes is helpful.
• Comfort working in a structured, protocol-driven environment.
• No certifications required for this role.
• No specialized personal protective equipment (PPE) or medical monitoring required beyond standard site practices.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.94 - $22.94/hr.
