The Maintenance Technician II at Montage Mason and The Cottages of Mason, part of Community First Solutions, maintains a safe, comfortable environment for residents and staff. This role performs preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on building systems while mentoring Junior technicians and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
Schedule:
M‑F 4:30pm–7:00pm, with some weekend work. Starting pay is $20.00 per hour, based on experience, with opportunities for growth based on
