Job Overview:We seek a skilled Maintenance Worker to ensure our facilities are safe, comfortable, and efficient for clients and staff. Your expertise will play a vital role in maintaining our high standards.
Schedule:This is a 30 HOUR PER WEEK = 4 DAY PER WEEK POSITION.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry)
- Respond to maintenance requests and emergencies
- Conduct regular facility inspections
- Ensure health and safety compliance
- Collaborate with team members for repairs
- Manage and order supplies
- Keep detailed maintenance records
- Proven maintenance experience
- Knowledge of maintenance tools and techniques
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training a plus
- Ability to lift/move heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
