Base pay range: $23.50 - $27.00 per hour. Additional compensation may be earned through shift differentials, monthly and quarterly incentives, and annual bonuses. Employees are eligible for medical, dental, vision, wellness, financial (6% 401k match), and a wide array of other benefits.

Shift differentials:

• $2.75 per hour for overnight hours (10pm-6am)
• $1.75 per hour for evening hours (6pm-10pm)
• $1 per hour for weekend hours

Differentials can be combined.

Accept calls, respond to Dispatch, and provide Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) to destinations. Locate members and deliver calm, reassurance, and technical assistance as needed. Assess scene safety and ensure vehicle is adequately positioned for service. Provide efficient minor mechanical assistance, including battery boost and identification of probable causes of breakdowns, and determine best course of action. When necessary, tow vehicles in accordance with AAA policies and towing guidelines.

Maintain high standards of service and image by keeping the service vehicle and equipment safe and well stocked, following safety procedures, and protecting confidential information. Operate the vehicle MDC computer to receive and update call information, collect revenue accurately, and document service. Promote AAA products and services by educating members and referring them to appropriate technicians. Work independently with minimal face-to-face contact, maintain flexibility to work varied shifts, and take special care to prevent damage or injury in towing operations.

Perform other duties as assigned.

High School Diploma or GED required.

• At least 21 years of age required.
• Post-secondary training in automotive mechanics and familiarity with electrical troubleshooting.

• Active, valid driver's license issued by only one state or jurisdiction.
• DOT card pre-hire and maintained as a current employee within 1 year.
• Satisfactorily pass a motor vehicle record check during pre-hire screening and periodically during employment.
