Temporary, Full‑time.
Duration: 04/01/2026 – 10/31/2026.
Hours: 40 per week across 5 days. Shift options include 7AM‑3PM, 8AM‑4PM, 2PM‑10PM, or 3PM‑11PM.
Pay: $20.65 per hour, $30.98 per hour overtime.

• Keep buildings in clean and orderly condition.
• Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish.
• Tend furnace and boiler, conduct routine maintenance activities, notify management of repair needs, and clean debris from sidewalk.

None required. On‑the‑job training is provided. No education or prior work experience required.

Transportation and related costs will be provided or reimbursed for distances involved. Daily subsistence of up to $68 per day based on a rate of $16.28 per day with receipts during travel. Tools, supplies, and equipment will be provided at no charge. Housing is not provided.

Single work week definition:
Sunday 12:01am to Saturday 11:59pm. Paid weekly on Friday by company check. Deductions required by law will be deducted weekly.

H‑2B workers will receive reimbursement by company check for visa processing costs during the first work week, excluding passport costs.
