POSITION TITLE:

High-Level Maintenance Mechanic DEPARTMENT:
Maintenance JOB TYPE: FULL-TIME, NON-EXEMPTThe High-Level Machine Mechanic will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing complex machinery and equipment. This role requires a deep understanding of electro-mechanical systems, precision, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance and inspections on machinery to ensure optimal performance.

Diagnose and troubleshoot electro-mechanical issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.

Repair and replace defective parts, using hand tools, power tools, and precision instruments.

Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve machine performance and reliability.

Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Provide training and guidance to junior mechanics and other team members.

Help in keeping the Facility systems in good working order.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.

Minimum of 10 years of experience as a machine mechanic, with a focus on high-level or complex machinery such as CNC machines, robotics and PLC driven machinery.

Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical components.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods.

Machinist and Bi-lingual language skills a plus.
