As a front‑line representative, Oil Change Technicians perform oil change services, 20‑point maintenance checks, and minor light duty automotive repairs. Selected technicians will be trained to perform specialty services and greet customers in a professional manner while educating them on products and services offered. Additional duties include sweeping, mopping, picking up trash, cleaning restrooms, removing snow, and performing light maintenance.

Key goal is achieving customer satisfaction by meeting Delta Sonic’s standards of quality. The position offers a state‑of‑the‑art automotive service shop environment. Pay is $19.50 per hour plus eligible commission.

• Must be 18 years of age; a valid driver’s license is preferred
• Previous automotive service experience is a plus
• Good mechanical skills and ability to troubleshoot non‑routine repairs
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for providing great customer service
• Detail‑oriented mindset
• Team player
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions, both indoor and outdoor
• Sense of urgency and ability to work efficiently
• Capacity to stand, walk and bend for long periods of time, with or without accommodation
• Capacity to lift moderate amounts of weight, with or without accommodation
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule
• Year‑round schedule availability required; seasonal employment is no longer available for students as of June 1, 2024
